Our Philosophy.

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from WomanLikeU. We at WomanLikeU work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion of highest quality and at amazing prices. If the product does not fit you as intended, we are happy to accept a request for an exchange, just notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For Dresses and Co-ords only, we do accept returns. Please read the below policies carefully for details.

How to exchange?

We offer a one time exchange for all Products (except the ones listed under 'Discount Store' or sold on a Discount)  only if there's a fit issue. If we don't have the size available in the style you selected we can issue a credit note or can give another style. We do not have the provision to return or refund.

For the 'intimate essentials', we DO NOT accept exchanges for any reason.

How to claim exchange?

E-mail us with your request along with the reason on support@womanlikeu.com. Once the request is validated we will go ahead with the exchange.

There are two options to exchange the product:

Option A: Free reverse pick-up through WomanLikeU

Our Delivery Service Partner will get in touch with you to request a convenient date and time for pick up. 

Please hand over the securely packed package to our delivery partner. To find out if free reverse pick-up facility is available in your area, please email to our customer care by simply writing to us at support@womanlikeu.com

Option B: Self-ship

In case you decide to self-ship or free reverse pick-up is not available in your area, please get in touch with us first at support@womanlikeyou.com. Post that, ship the product securely to the following address and share the tracking info on support@womanlikeu.com. For all self-shipped package, we will reimburse you a fixed amount of Rs.100 as Store credits to your Account, which can be used for any future orders.

Few conditions to consider for exchanges

- Exchange request need to be within 2 days of the delivery of product, beyond which unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

- To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the tags and invoice.

- If you wish to change the style than we charge INR 200 for that

 Cancellation Policy

WomanLikeU reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you can do so, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. To cancel you need to contact our customer care by simply clicking here or writing to us at hello@womanlikeu.com

How to pack your reverse package?

It is very simple. If you wish to exchange the product, securely place the product along with all original tags in the envelope and seal the envelope using an adhesive strip.

Return Policy for Dresses and Co-Ords only

Dresses and Co-ords have an option to be returned back to us. In case you face any issue with the product, you can always raise a return request (for dresses and co-ords only) within 48 hours of product delivery. Please notify us with your request by writing to support@womanlikeu.com. We shall get the reverse pick up done from the same premises where it was delivered. Please ensure that the products are handed over in the same condition as delivered along with all the packaging material intact and without any damage. On successful return of the product we will do a quality check and in case the product is in acceptable condition we will initiate a refund for you after deducting a transportation cost of INR 250. This policy is NOT applicable for swim wears and essentials.
