If you did not like the fit, we are happy to accept a request for an exchange or return (only for Dresses and Co-ords). How to exchange? We offer an exchange policy for all all our Products only if there's a fit issue. If we don't have the size available in the style you selected we can issue a credit note or can give another style. Please note that the exchange window is 2 days from delivery. We charge INR 200 for style exchange (for transportation cost) We DO NOT take returns for Intimate wear. Return Policy for Dresses and Co-Ords only Dresses and Co-ords have an option to be returned back to us. In case you face any issue with the product, you can always raise a return request (for dresses and co-ords only) within 48 hours of product delivery. Please notify us with your request by writing to support@womanlikeu.com. We shall get the reverse pick up done from the same premises where it was delivered. Please ensure that the products are handed over in the same condition as delivered along with all the packaging material intact and without any damage. On successful return of the product we will do a quality check and in case the product is in acceptable condition we will initiate a refund for you after deducting a transportation cost of INR 250. There are two options to exchange the product: Option A: Free returns pick-up through WomanLikeU Our Delivery Service Partner will get in touch with you to request a convenient date and time for pick up. Please hand over the securely packed package to our delivery partner. Option B: Self-ship In case you decide to self-ship or returns pick-up is not available in your area, please ship the product securely to the following address and share the tracking info on hello@womanlikeyou.com.
