If we don't have the size available in the style you selected we can issue a credit note or can give another style. We do not have the provision to return or refund. Please note that exchange window is only 2 days from delivery. If you wish to exchange the style we charge INR 200 for that(Transportation charges). Once the request is validated we will go ahead with the exchange. There are two options to exchange the product: Option A: Free reverse pick-up through WomanLikeU Our Delivery Service Partner will get in touch with you to request a convenient date and time for pick up. Please hand over the securely packed package to our delivery partner. To find out if free reverse pick-up facility is available in your area, please email to our customer care by simply writing to us at support@womanlikeu.com Option B: Self-ship In case you decide to self-ship or free reverse pick-up is not available in your area, please get in touch with us first at support@womanlikeyou.com. Post that, ship the product securely to the following address and share the tracking info on support@womanlikeu.com. For all self-shipped package, we will reimburse you a fixed amount of Rs.100 as Store credits to your Account, which can be used for any future orders.
